Established in 1962, Assisteens Auxiliary is open to 7th & 8th grade and high school students. The purpose of this auxiliary is to involve students in a program of philanthropic work following the concept “Caring and Commitment in Action”. As Assisteens, the members develop self-reliance, and become responsible individuals, who learn to listen and make effective decisions within their peer group in support of Chapter programs.

Assisteens volunteer in the in the same philanthropic programs as our adult members. Assisteens participate in other approved Community Outreach Programs and administer the Teddy Bear comfort program. Grade level meeting times vary.
